Queen of Apostles Sisters

As sisters Apostoline live the religious life in the announcement of ” God who calls,” the following of Jesus Master, Way, Truth and Life, in the spirit of the Apostle Paul, together with Mary, Queen of Apostles.

Blessed James Alberione began the Congregation (1959) with a new mission and, in many respects, the original in the Church: to awaken and keep alive the attention to God’s call, because ” what vocation is the main problem of each man, and also the most current and urgent in the Church. ”

In our vocational apostolate we engage with particular attention and responsibility for the vocations of special consecration to the priesthood and consecrated life in its various forms.

What do we do?

Our mission sends us to the whole people of God in the service of the evangelization of life as a vocation, especially to young people, who were the first living in search of a meaning for their lives, and their own vocation in the Church and in the world. Prayer for the loyalty of the ” named” has a special place in our lives.
United with it, our pick-up service, guidance and vocational animation are also directed to teachers and people in vocational difficulties. We are also engaged in the preparation and dissemination of subsidies, such as Look magazine, etc. We also collaborate with the National Center for Vocations. We are present in Italy, Brazil and Poland.

Why do we do it?

To make us sisters and companions of those who live the hard work and the joy of vocational research. Alberione loved to compare ourselves to the channel: “You are like channels: channel carries water. The vocation comes from God, you who pass by the channels and comes to souls. The will of God is presented pure. ”
